Using a combination of techniques, this class will help you and your partner experience childbirth without pain medication. Topics include creating an ideal setting in the hospital environment, activities and positions that allow free and comfortable movement through labor, comfort measures such as massage and acupressure techniques, and relaxation methods such as visualization and guided imagery.

The Coalition provides free tax preparation assistance and financial literacy training for individuals and families in Ada and Canyon Counties, with a focus on low- to moderate-income, elderly, non-English speaking, disabled, and students.

Our Clubs provide a wealth of programs and activities to prepare young people for real-world success. We believe that by focusing on health and fitness, academic success, and good character and leadership, the children we serve will be better prepared to graduate from high school, go on to college, and thrive as adults.

This class is designed for expectant parents and helps you and your partner prepare physically and emotionally for breastfeeding. We’ll build your confidence by offering support for getting started, as well as solutions for common problems and advice on family adjustments and nutrition.

:$70 weekly, $12 daily, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. $30 for off site dosing, such as jail dosing with Methadone. Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees). Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol and opioid dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary). Free screenings for drug or alcohol addiction with a comprehensive recommendation of treatment. Various lab testing available, please call or stop in for pricing.

These appointments, offered by St. Luke's Humphreys Diabetes Center, include a foot soak in warm water and clinical foot assessment of circulation, mobility, sensation, and pain or problem areas by a registered nurse. We’ll help you with conditions such as in-grown toenails, corns, and calluses. We’ll also trim your toenails and massage your feet with lotion. If needed, we’ll provide follow-up instructions, shoe and sock advice, foot care, and appropriate exercises and referrals.

These techniques help you and your baby’s immune systems and reduce stress which can affect a growing fetus—leading to complications and a more difficult birth.

ACCESS is an origin to destination transit service for the cities of Boise, Garden City, Nampa and Caldwell. The Boise/Garden City service operates Monday through Saturday with the same hours as the fixed-line bus system. There also is origin to destination paratransit service available in Nampa and Caldwell that operates Monday through Friday with the same hours as the fixed-line bus system.

Trips may be booked up to 14 days in advance, but no later than 5:00 p.m., for service the next operating day.
