Recognized throughout the community as a complete family care clinic, Emmett Medical Center specializes in obstetrics, pediatrics, adult medicine, geriatrics, women's health and immunizations.

A local anti-drug coalition that meets weekly on Thursday afternoon at 2:00pm at First Presbyterian Church. Plans programs of advocacy, education, prevention, treatment support and outreach to the community with the goal of making emmett valley drug free. Has sponsored town hall meetings, workshops, guest speakers in schools and community organizations. Works with the drug court ans supports celebrate recovery and other recovery programs (AA & NA) in our region.

Job seeker services include job listings, computer and Internet access, veteran services, career guidance and workforce training. Services for employers include employee recruitment, pre-screening skills assessments, labor market information, hiring incentives and tax credits.

In addition to priority job referrals, Veterans can enroll in free job search workshops, get help developing resumes, learn about and sign up for unemployment benefits, learn about career training programs, and get help understanding the network of benefits available through the VA and state and local governments.

Valley Family Health Care offers discounted services based on the size of your household and income. The Sliding Fee Scale is determined by calculating the family’s gross monthly income and the number of people supported in the household. In order to qualify for the sliding fee, the patient must provide proof of current or annual income. Proof of income can be one of the following: Pay stub, Bank statement (showing deposits), Unemployment/Employment verification statement from the state Employment office, last year’s taxes, social security or disability printout from Medicare, or letters from the patient’s employer. Valley Family Health Care does not keep this sensitive financial information. Your income information will need to be updated every year. Insured patients that qualify for the sliding fee may receive the discount. First, the patient’s insurance plans are billed. Based on the amount of the insurance payment, deductible, pre-existing conditions, covered services, etc. the patient may get a sliding fee adjustment. Patients may receive a discount of 25%, 50% or 75% based on income and number of people supported in the household. For patients 100% or below The Federal Poverty Level, a nominal fee is charged. The nominal fees are as follows: Medical Visits $20.00 Mental Health Visits $20.00 Lab Testing (in-house) $10.00 each Procedures 50% off Dental Services 25-50% off depending on the service
